"Like a new woman" -- that's how Posh feels with her new blonde hair, according to an interview she gave British paper The Sun. The do is for a new ad campaign for the US launch of her and hubby David's Intimately Beckham perfumes.
Front: The front of the hairstyle shows off asymmetrical lengths and the right side is much longer then the left. The left side part has slight bangs which fall to the right where it blends into a longer length which goes down to chin level, giving the front of the hair length and also a feminine touch. A textured finish adds a piecey look and also a voluminous finish. The front of the hair is foiled with light and golden pieces which gives Victoria a sun kissed look, perfect for her new Hollywood location.
Back: From the back, this short hairstyle looks totally different then the front. From the back hairline the hair is graduated up with heavily chipped into ends which add a very textured but blending finish. From the crown to the top-back part of the neck the lengths are sliced to carry on a textured and full finish. At the very bottom to the mid back the color of the hair is a dark golden blonde, and from the crown to the mid back, the hair has blonde foils which have a piecey finish on top of the darker blonde.
Right Side: The right side is the feature side where the concaved effect is most prominent. The right sides length flows down with the jaw line, blending from short textured lengths to longer piecey strands at the very front. The right side shows that various blonde shades through the hair gives the hair a natural blonde finish. The longer pieces feature blonder highlights to help frame the longer pieces at the front.
Left Side: The left hand side has the graduating short textured lengths but the front has jaw line graduated length which sits neatly tucked behind the ears, leaving the right side to be the main feature with its longer length. The shorter side looks very natural, with the darker tone from the back showing at the very back sides and following up to lighter tones at the top where the blonde highlights give the hair a sun kissed finish.

Amazing style!!! I love it!!! I just got this cut and I love it!! I have very fine hair and it so easy to style and it looks amazing. Beware though, my hair is funky at the nape, so I will have to grow out the back a bit, maybe about an inch and then it'll be perfect!!! If you're considering I think it's great!!!

I LOVE this picture as well...and I am considering getting it done...I see a lot of people have gotten this hair cut....does it take a lot of time to do? I'm a teacher and being at work by 6:30 does not really lend itself to high maintaniance hair

If you looking at all the comments to see if this hair cut will work for you, you can stop right here for a minute. I like to call this haircut the "beauty school" haircut. If you have ever gone into a bs and look around more than 1/2 the people have this cut. Why you ask?!?! This cut works on any hair texture, wave pattern, density, or porosity. The only advice I have to give is look at your growth pattern the the nape. If you have a funky growth pattern you may not want to go as short and good'ol Posh. The blowdry maybe a little difficult for you. The finner or thinner your hair is the better your hair will look. I think the best head for this haircut would be a person with thick(alot)-fine(small) hair. You have the hair for a nice "base" but no real volume. With this cut you can achieve all the lift you would want or don't want. Thick-course(fat) hair will work well also because with your blowdry you can use the shape of your head to get the form and smoothing without blowing the cuticle out. A little smoothing with a smoothing iron will be needed no matter what hair type you have just for that nice polished finish.

It's a good look for her, if she would warm up the her hair with a more golden tone instead of platinum it would be great. I had my hair cut very similar to this my sophmore year of high school. I think this particular style works well for her because she has thinner hair. I have extremely thick hair, so my style looked different even though it was the same cut. The thicker your hair is, the harder this cut is to manage/style. I am about to cut mine again but am going to avoid the "stacked" back, and have the bob a bit longer... a mix between rhianna's angled cut and Jenny McCarthy's.
