3 weeks before my daughter’s wedding we had perms at Lucifers. After just 2 days my daughter’s spiral perm was nearly all out and one side of her hair was about 2.5cms shorter than the other. My perm was so bad, my husband said I should not go out of the house looking the way I did. When we went back to Lucifers 2 days later, we received no apology or refund. We were offered remedial work, but I'd rather have a tooth out!!!! It was a nightmare experience.
