If there was a zero rating I would put that. This salon treats costumers with no respect. I made an appointment for a haircut ahead of time. My first appointment was canceled, but at least they called two days in advance. The second appointment was cancelled an hour before it. No explanation or apologizing any time, and when I went there to get haircut from any stylist they have, I was treated like I should apologize to them and beg to get an appointment. Such amount of arrogance and disrespect, it is not a way to run business. Any business should be there because of costumers, not vice versa. I would not suggest anyone to go to this salon unless they want to be maltreated.
