i have been visiting this salon for several years and returned when things have gone wrong like my back been soaken twice, my earring down the sink and my daughters hair completely lobsided, but since then I was escorted out of the premises being told to try running a business myself all because I sat for three hours and decided to have a word with the owner. Which i calmly said I thought waiting from my hair being washed to the hairdresser coming back fifty minutes later was too long without an apology, but i was made to look as if i was the fool. Disgusting customer services and obviously in it to be greedy for money and nothing else.
