She is usually rather lovely to look at but yes, The red is over done and her hair is just lifeless.

The entire look has just aged her by 10 years! She needs some curls and a smile.

Okay, I really like Nicole. She is GORGEOUS. But this is a horrible picture, a terrible style (boring and dry) and her dress is disgusting!!! Although I agree that she is stunning, I always love Nicole with a smile, and red just is NOT her color!!!
