she's a good singer
and yh u say she wears to much makeup but COMEON if i had access to a good stylist and nice makeup id wear it all the time!!!
she cant smile yh, but just coz u cnt dusnt mean you shouldn't i just feel bad for her!

i am also 15 and i can totally relate and miley cyrus is a really talented girl and i think this photo isnt too too bad, but although she does have alot of make up on...
on a night like this i would most definently be caught with that much make-up on. shes just another celeberty just like all the other ones they dont goto the 2008 academy awards looking like a 7yr old. so honestly, just give her a break just because shes a celeberty doesnt mean she isnt human !

Look, Miley Cyrus, she just looks like she's trying too hard and at the end of the day all she's got is dirty looking hair, a trashy makeup job for a young girl and a 'haughty' expression on her face that looks like she just tried to digest a sewer rat.

I don't understand why everyone likes Miley Cyrus. There's nothing pretty about her and she talks like a man. She also wears waaaay to much makeup for a 15 year old.
