You can use this cut on hair of any length. The secret of this creative opproach is: Treat the hair like fabric.

Part right side. off-gather hair in teeth of identical "twin" combs.Holding combs at 45-degree angle, cut a saw-tooth edge(serration technique) Repeat Step 1 behind ear. Obtain guide from previous section As you work toward back, maintain 45-degree angle.
At Center back continue cutting below crest. Continue moving around head, using previously cut hair as guide. Important: Maintain 45-degree angle! Continue cutting using seration technique.Important: Note appearance serrated edge.
Top-gother hair with twin brushes, Lock brushes together. Cut serrated edge with scissors pointed down. Important: Note 45-degree angle. Drow brushes out to "infinity" while continuing to cut serroted edge at 90-degree angle. Move to right site. Use guides from top and side. Lack brushes.
Cut serration to connect top and side.
Variation: For a more compressed cut, use twin combs instend of twin brushes.
Lift hair by combing gently under section. Cut in texture and folds. Join top and back. Comb together to check accuracy. Join round of head and top. To make sure hair will sit"out" and not drop flat: Lift hair and cut behind comb.
Important: Note how hair is lifted. To finish top: Holding comb vertically, softly blend with razar. Far Safter finish: Hold razor vertically and hook hair around ears. Lift hair in front. To cut under comb with razor: Hold up blade and pull it toward you.
   
Repeat step 20 sides.  Variation: Cut additional texture (if desired) into top.  Finished hair style
