Currently, a popular way to achieve asymmetry in a hair style is to cut the bangs in an asymmetrical fashion so that they hang heavier on one side.

Highlights can look great with any hairstyle, and bobs are no exception. A professional hair stylist or colorist should be used to make sure that the highlights match the original hair color and so they are not overly obvious. Highlights should be strategically added so that they enhance the texture of the hair and add a stylish edge to a cute haircut.
Bob Hair Styles are Easy to Manage
Some people enjoy spending an enormous amount of time each morning on their hair - making each and every individual strand look perfect before exiting the home. However, many do not have the time or desire to worry too much about styling hair after it's washed.

Really like a layered bob

When I let it go natural (curls, curls & more curls), it was wonderful too. Am getting my hair done again at the end of the month and am going to have the "bangs" cut a bit shorter.

Bob maintenance
Fri, Mar 14th, 2008, by AsianDane from Denmark I love the bobs and much of the advice is good but not everyone's hair grows the same or at the same rate and there's no way I can wear a bob without getting a trim at least every 7 weeks because my hair grows too fast and my face is round so the best bob is asymmetrical with asymmetrical bangs but the style begins to lose its shape already after two weeks. I can't afford the trims anymore so this great style will have to go.
